Commission Request Form

Payment Policy: Commissioned works are priced by size. I will paint from your inspiration and direction and bring you along the way! The first half of payment is due at the beginning of any commissioned piece and is non-refundable. The second half of payment is due when the painting has been completed and approved by you.
